We would totally recommend this car rental company. Pick up of our car was fast, within walking distance of the terminal and without surprises. The staff member was polite and pointed out all necessary things. When we went for the car, we were positively surprised. We got a brand new car, and I'm pretty sure this was an upgrade of the vehicle class we rented. We made 2500 safe kilometers with this beauty on the mainland and on Vancouver Island. Can I give a negative star review for the corruption? I was raised to be cautious - take pictures of the vehicle before leaving the rental lot. Rented a car from Thrifty at Vancouver Airport. Glad I took pictures. Criminals emailed me after I dropped it off before a 6am flight. Landed with an email stating front end damage. Pictures proved them wrong but I have a very strong feeling many customers have paid for this front end damage before me.
