Hi every one! Last July 28, 2025 we went to this Car Rental. I thought there was a double charge for car insurance thinking it was really reaping me off.. But one of the very kind staff told us what to do. So i followed what he advised to us.. All my money was being refunded from online.. Karan the staff of thrifty helped us a lot.. so i cancelled online and proceed my booking to them with thrifty without online anymore.. for 4days plus 2 hours i paid $700.00 including tax and insurance.. Rented a car for three days , after we return the car, I left my costa sunglasses in the car and called the lost and found department right away. They get back to us after 4 days and said they didn’t find it. They’re bunch of liars , very dishonest people.

Terrible experience (trying) to rent a car with this company. While waiting to board my flight, I booked a rental from this location via Expedia so I could get the car upon arrival. I prepaid for this at time of online booking. When I got off the plane and went down to the rental location, they told me they didn't have a vehicle for me as they were short on vehicles (although they had several listings on different websites and I saw them give someone else keys after me?).
