a bunch of crooks. booked a gas car and they gave me an ev car. they said it was the only car available. after a day and a half with it i wanted to drive it straight to a junk yard. no charging stations where i was staying so had to deive it to the town over to charge. and then wait 7hrs to charge. then spent money on uber to take me around when it was charging. all of this could have been prevented if you guys hadnt over booked. they didnt wanna refund me for the day and a half i had that bucket of bolts for. bad buisness p... read more
Don’t book with them. Absolutely terrible customer service. Representative will tell you one thing and then tell you something different the next. It’s like they make up their policy on the spot. Awful experience. I book rentals very consistently because of work and I will NEVER book with them again.
Very poor customer service
Hi every one! Last July 28, 2025 we went to this Car Rental. I thought there was a double charge for car insurance thinking it was really reaping me off.. But one of the very kind staff told us what to do. So i followed what he advised to us.. All my money was being refunded from online.. Karan the staff of thrifty helped us a lot.. so i cancelled online and proceed my booking to them with thrifty without online anymore.. for 4days plus 2 hours i paid $700.00 including tax and insurance..
