I ordered thru Expedia and there was a deal for $38. At the counter the guy try to upsell me with a manager’s promo where they gave me an electric car for $60 and I declined it because I told him I already paid almost $400 for another rental and it’s only for one day. He said then decline the offer and before signing I said, is it the $38 car that I ordered? He said it is, when they charge my car I ended up paying 70$.
It's been easy renting cars with them since day 1. They open early at 7am than other rental company in Winnipeg Airport. Rena customer service is excellent and always make sure to give me the car I needed to drive. Today, i picked up my rental car but can't connect to my andriod phone so went back to her and exchange for upgrade without extra charges. Thank you so much Rena you're the best 👏

The original vehicle we planned to rent was unavailable our agent worked to find us a great replacement that was a perfect fit
Horrible service, gave me a car with no fob. Asked to extend my rental and they quoted me double last price. They don’t answer the phones and cheap out on cars
