THEY SCAM YOU AND TAKE YOUR MONEY. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. They charged my $450 for a flat tire and they are mean and takes people money I have yet not received a refund.
Very friendly and helpful agents at pick up time. We were assisted by a new employee named Rob who had tons of patience as we were trying to sort out a credit card problem (problem on our end as my spouse forgot his PIN). They managed to find a work around way to get the credit card authorized. The car was a 2025 that was clean and drove well. No issues with return.
Arrived when they opened at 7 AM. They had no cars available and said they could not fill my prearranged rental (booked weeks prior). After a bit of back and forth it got sorted, however I would not recommend using Thrifty. They had one simple job, to hold the reservation...
