I’ve rented 2 cars in the past 2 weeks and each time has been seamless. Customer service is great also very friendly counter staff - thanks guys!!

I had a fantastic experience with Gary. This guy was very professional, very polite, and he made my experience with my rental an excellent one. I will definitely rent from them again at least as long as Gary is working there! My only recommendation was that I wish they offered pick up and drop off like other rental places do. I did discuss this with them at the location, and they made me aware that they have some limitations. I still think the bigwigs can make this possible for customer convenience.

Chip in my credit card wasn’t working and they refused to manually take my credit card information or tap the card through multiple transactions. Other car rental places like enterprise do that no problem so you should use them instead. Horrible customer service after I already paid over $200 for the rental in the first place which I probably won’t get back.
