Thrifty in Ponderay is fantastic! Nice, clean cars and very accommodating when possible. Customer service is top notch!
Still sitting here waiting for someone to call from the repair department. Car steering wheel shakes, brakes vibrate, out of balance tire, exhaust in car, and chugs when going up hill. Held on line for an hour waiting to talk to someone. Finally gave up and called the rental line… they answer that option because they want your money. Demanded a supervisor because the lady kept saying the only option was to wait on the repair hotline. The supervisor promised and promised that they would call me within a half hour.
