Fantastic experience renting a car at the Hy-Line Ferry! The customer service was truly excellent and friendly, efficient, and very helpful from start to finish. The car was clean, reliable, and exactly what we needed, which made our trip stress-free. The whole process was smooth and convenient, especially with the location right at the ferry. Highly recommend this rental service and would absolutely use them again!
I specifically reserved a Nissan Rogue, expecting a mid-size SUV with decent space and comfort. At pickup, Thrifty gave me a Chevy Trailblazer, which is clearly a smaller and lower-class vehicle and not equivalent to a Nissan Rogue in any way. This defeats the purpose of reserving a particular vehicle category. There was no transparency, no apology, and no adjustment in price. had a very bad experience with Thrifty Car Rental. I booked my car through Priceline, and my reservation clearly stated pickup from Thrifty. However, the price shown on Priceline was different from what I was charged at the counter. The staff was extremely unhelpful. The representative didn’t properly check my reservation and simply charged me more, saying there was nothing he could do. There was no attempt to explain or resolve the issue.
Alan Dominello -one of your customer service representatives decided to publicly spread hate on a live recording of Erika Kirk's first time speaking since her husband Charlie Kirk's assassination two days ago. "Your husband was as evil as Trump and I hope you suffer!!!!!!" he also stated "its a free country and I say what I want period". What a vile human being! This is unacceptable!
Booked a vehicle and specified a 5am drop off as we had an early flight. Learned when picking up the vehicle that the office was not open until 7am. So why take the booking I asked. I was told " it's you problem to get to the airport". So helpfull!! It cost me another $41 for a 1 mile Uber. Beware.
