Shocking, extremely unhelpful
I’ve had to rent frequently through Thrifty working on Nantucket and going home to MA to visit while my personal car is on island and definitely the most affordable option! Brian is great!
I don't think I've ever left a review before for a car rental company, since car rentals are usually tolerable-to-painful, but the customer service at this location was incredible! They made it easy to make a reservation, confirm holiday hours, and even complete an after-hours return. This is definitely my new go-to for renting a car mid-Cape.
