My flight was over 4 hours late and the front desk person stayed open till 2:15 am so I could receive my car. Very appreciative of the employee and location for the outstanding customer service.

Website said minimum rental age for this location is 20 years old… Also called Thrifty support and they confirmed that the minimum age for this location is 20. However, the in-person agent at this location would not let me receive my reservation because I am 20. It is rude to have conflicting policies.

Good service, but I only had 3 vehicles to select from. All gas guzzlers.

In my many years of renting cars never have I had such rude service . The young lady that checked me in acted like she was doing me a favor and told me to inspect my own vehicle, which is also a first. I told the gentleman who was on the garage that I was not comfortable checking the car myself because of all the scratches and dings and he also had an attitude. I know rental car places have all the business they want right now, but when things slow down I sure won't be using Thrifty again.
