Terrible. All they had was a 15 passenger van when reservation said compact. Lady laughed and said not her problem. Try driving a 20ft van around town. They had plenty of normal cars in the lot.
Don’t rent here. Second time my car broke down and thrifty customer service wasn’t helpful at all in refunding the contract.
My flight was over 4 hours late and the front desk person stayed open till 2:15 am so I could receive my car. Very appreciative of the employee and location for the outstanding customer service.
Website said minimum rental age for this location is 20 years old… Also called Thrifty support and they confirmed that the minimum age for this location is 20. However, the in-person agent at this location would not let me receive my reservation because I am 20. It is rude to have conflicting policies.
