Terrible company to do car rental business r. Thrifty makes sudden store schedule changes without notifying customers, but customers are charged in full when stores are closed. Bad customer service, too (rude, obnoxious, and making customers feeling bad about their own mistakes).
Disappointing Experience with Thrifty/Hertz Claims Process I would strongly advise others to consider alternative rental companies, even if it means paying a bit more. Made a confirmed reservation, however WHEN I went to go pick up my rental, there were NO cars available. Why did you take the reservation when you knew there were no cars available?
No car available despite reserving. I should have checked reviews and will do so from now on
