I don't get all the negative reviews. The downtown Seattle people were efficient and courteous.
Email confirmation had several discrepancies with the main thing being that although it was stated that we would have a car waiting to pick us up at the ferry terminal, there was not a car and we still had to take a taxi to the office with an additional cost not planned into our trip. The company serves many customers at one time, more staff is needed. The building isn’t clearly marked how to get to the office or how to return the car to that parking garage. Had a great experiance this morning! The lady checking me in before opening. Helped me is so many ways. She even helped me with using my Uber app and getting me where I needed to go!! They went above and beyond today when I was already very stressed and on the verge of tears.
Terrible experience, waited for 2 hours in line just for them to not give a car because it was sold out. Do not recommend
My wife recently went to rent a vehicle that she had setup online. When she got to the rental counter the staff tried to upsell a bigger vehicle by lying to her about the cost being cheaper than what she had paid. When everything is said and done I am looking at my entire paycheck getting wiped out and a cost of 3x what was originally budgeted.
