The whole service and team were great specially Shahid at the counter. The reason for 2 star is unfair and dishonest behaviour, that I do not know is from company or third party.I paid almost 91 CAD for two days and I received a bill for 32 CAD three days after returning car. They told me it is for tax and service which have not been mentioned anywhere when I was booking. I saw this overcharging mentioned in the another review too. So, confirm the real price with them before booking.

Absolutely horrible customer service. THEY DON'T DESIRVE EVEN ONE BUT ZERO SERVICE REVIEW.

The staff at the counter were courteous and quick to get me on the road after my flight. Our group rented 2 identical vehicles. One was perfect, the other not so much. 5/5 for staff and their attentiveness 4/5 vehicle cleanliness 3.5/5 vehicle condition Vehicle pickup/return was very easy, and the bill was in line as per the online quote. Ended up with a 2021 Pacifica which drove very good. Only minor issue was the vehicle wasn't spotless; however I've had dirtier vehicles from other rental companies, so I'll take it.
