Thrifty of MSO is not where you want to rent a car. After correspondence with Thrifty of MSO, Thrifty customer support AND the BBB, Thrifty knowingly added fees to the online quote, and refuses to make things right. Their customer service is below the worst, and their greed as among the highest. WARNING: The quoted estimate you will see on the website WILL BE about 3x LESS than what you’re actually charged. Thrifty will hide a bunch of fees so you will be paying more than their competitors, and you won’t even know it until the final charge. There is a reason they have such poor reviews, and they deserve every single one Never trust Hertz/Thrifty at MSO
If I could rate a 0, I would. I should have checked their ratings before renting. I have never seen such a money, fee grabbing company ever. If you are thinking about renting, stop, and find another. This venue has turned me from renting with Thrifty anywhere.
