If I could rate a 0, I would. I should have checked their ratings before renting. I have never seen such a money, fee grabbing company ever. If you are thinking about renting, stop, and find another. This venue has turned me from renting with Thrifty anywhere.

It was so easy renting a car from them! Very polite! I will definitely rent from them again!!!
If I could give 0 stars, I would. We are now stranded not having a place to go. We reserved a car and was ready to pay DEBIT. We are clean never got a single ticket, good credit score. Was approved online, and was told the DEBIT was not good enough. Everyone else didn’t have anything open until 9pm
