If I could rate a 0, I would. I should have checked their ratings before renting. I have never seen such a money, fee grabbing company ever. If you are thinking about renting, stop, and find another. This venue has turned me from renting with Thrifty anywhere.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. We are now stranded not having a place to go. We reserved a car and was ready to pay DEBIT. We are clean never got a single ticket, good credit score. Was approved online, and was told the DEBIT was not good enough. Everyone else didn’t have anything open until 9pm
WARNING!!! This place WILL NOT except debit cards as they advertise. The owner of the franchise is rogue and does not go by the corporate rules. Because we booked our rate very low months ago they wanted to rent the car out to somebody at a much higher rate so they made it impossible for us to get our car that we had reserved.
