My workplace has been renting trucks from this location for a long time, the team is always supportive, patient and understanding. Safwan and Mushtaba always do a great job and keeping us updated and make the paperwork a smooth process. Will definitely recommend!
Worst experience ever. I want to report it to the service provider at the location when I went for the pickup. Also while dropping the car, so rude behavior and worst service I get. Extremely disappointed with the service. Need to report it the branch manager of thrifty. I will never ever come again and also inform lly friends and family members not to use thrifty ever again. 1st picture is the picture taken when I picked the truck. 2nd picture is taken when I returned the truck. Now anybody can see these pictures and tell the gauge of fuel is exactly where it was while picking the truck still these people charged me $20 for the gas. It’s unacceptable. Now what should I say to them for this $20 scam. Pictures are added.
