I wish I had read the reviews before I wasted my time with Thrifty. After waiting 20 mins, I was asked to fill in a sheet that asked my name and my car insurance details. I explained I was a tourist so I didn’t have US car insurance but was happy to purchase the top level rental insurance to cover the car (in addition to travel insurance that had rental car coverage). I wouldn't waste your time going. They will charge you to add an extra driver. MORE expensive than enterprise but they look to have more cars on their lot

I am writing this review with deep disappointment regarding my recent experience with Thrifty Car Rental. What should have been a routine rental during an already stressful situation turned into an ordeal due to the dishonesty and exploitation of one of their employees.
