Overall I had a good experience with thrifty, only issues I had were the car wasn’t ready for the time I set, took about a hr. Car could have used a little more cleaning/wiping down it wasn’t terrible though. Payment process was a little dated/frustrating they only allow you to pay with a credit card, I know you have to put the amount for the deposit on a credit card but I didn’t understand why I couldn’t pay with debit and no tap. Other than that car and price were good.
Very easy process of making reservation and even got an upgrade at pickup!

Olivia at he front desk was very polite and courteous. The rental process was relatively seamless and efficient.
