I was going to rent a truck here and they promised that one would be available when i picked it up. I checked with them 3 times and when it was time to pick up the truck nothing was available. Literally just waisted my time
It was good customer service this with the hospitality.Love it
I had to wait over an hour for my vehicle. The slowest moving line for two employees that I've ever seen. Also, for some reason they need to know your return flight information when you check out a car. There was a couple waiting in front of me that was in town to take care of a loved one who couldn't rent a car because they didn't have a return flight. What a terrible policy.
WORST CAR RENTAL PLACE EVER!!! Not only do they communicate or even answer the phone for their customers or operators trying to contact them they will 1000% leave you stranded with faulty cars. Had a rental with an issue took it back and they threaten to charge the card $400 when we’ve had the car driving for less than 45min???? This place will try their hardest to scam you with undercover fees and won’t disclose pivotal information regarding the rental until you’re hit with fees.
