I had to wait over an hour for my vehicle. The slowest moving line for two employees that I've ever seen. Also, for some reason they need to know your return flight information when you check out a car. There was a couple waiting in front of me that was in town to take care of a loved one who couldn't rent a car because they didn't have a return flight. What a terrible policy.

WORST CAR RENTAL PLACE EVER!!! Not only do they communicate or even answer the phone for their customers or operators trying to contact them they will 1000% leave you stranded with faulty cars. Had a rental with an issue took it back and they threaten to charge the card $400 when we’ve had the car driving for less than 45min???? Change your address on internet it left us in between road. I did uber to be there as per your address it’s left us at fedex from where we are not able to booked other vehical to be there. I called the office and they saud they are not able to do anything in this case. At least provide pickup from fedex as we are here because of wrong address.
