Very dissatisfied with the vehicle they gave me to substitute my 4x4 truck , they gave me a van to accommodate the space for my stuff, the worst part was it is a front wheel drive van with banana skins for tires, could barely get out of my parking spot this morning. Will never come back here again and definitely don’t recommend it to other people.
Wonderful service. They even offered to drive me to the train when I return. Much appreciated.
I booked a car. When I arrived, it was not available. No apologies were provided by the primary staff member (who spoke overtop of the staff who welcomed me in) and no offer of help to explore booking through other nearby locations. I would recommend against booking here.
