I would like to warn everybody that do your best to find a different place. Do not do business with this rental location. Charged me an extra day but didn't take an extra day. Tried to cancel the reservation after I'd already booked it. Their phone number is out of service. Completely disrespectful to all the guests that were at the counter. This is a bad news place and not run by honest people.
First of all the wait is obnoxious here, i waited 45+ minutes to receive my car after my planned pickup time of 1pm (i was there at 12:50). Regardless when i was 25 minutes late on a heavy thunderstorm day and stuck on the highway to come return my rental they didn't allow me to return my car! When you hear "after hours return" you may think i can come return this car when they are closed and not be billed for it the next day. WRONG !
