Had an amazing experience with Spokane Thrifty car rental. (Previous payment issue was with a different location and pending charge not falling off). But this experience with Spokane Thrifty was way above and beyond and will rent there again any time I'm in town. Unlike other car rental options, they don't sell you a car and then tell you they don't have it. They'll actually go out of their way to try and find you what they can while also getting you in and out as quickly as possible. All around great experience.
SAID THEY WERE WORKING ON IT AND LITERALLY NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE FOR WEEKS!! SINCE WHEN IS IT OK TO TAKE $500 FROM SOMEONE ABOVE AND BEYOND THEIR ORIGINAL PURCHASE AND JUST NO CALL/NO SHOW?!?!?!?! WHERE IS THE MANAGEMENT AT THIS PLACE! Waiting to hear back about why my security deposit was actually charged to my card instead of dropped off after returning the car :(

Guys were great and helpful. I was irritated that because I choose not to b have credit card use debit card I had to put 1300$ deposit down. Great service though guys were super nice and helpful. Truck was super clean. Fully loaded and had a lot of room even in the back seat. We had a Dodge Ram 1500 club cab. Great ac super comfortable.
Rental and return were super easy. Everyone was super friendly and helpful.
