I booked a full-size sedan (Camry) and was told at pickup that none were available. I was offered a Jetta—which is not a full-size sedan—or a Tesla. After choosing the Tesla, I was given keys to a vehicle that was not even on the lot, forcing staff to search for it. When the car finally arrived, it was covered in Uber branding, which is completely unacceptable. I rented a car from them. they did not send me the invoice and I got heavy charged . I you decide to use them do not believe their communication ensure you have an invoice printed before you leave. they are not honest.

This was my first experience renting a vehicle. Awesome price for renting a car for 6 days, the staff was very polite and efficient and we were even upgraded to an SUV at no additional cost. I would highly recommend Thrifty/Hertz for rental needs in Abbotsford!
