Terrible experience. I called ahead to confirm a late return was okay and was told there’d be no extra charges. Dropped off the car and again got no mention of fees. Later, I was charged for an extra hour. When I called, Sahil (or Sayel) was rude and dismissive, saying “nothing is free” instead of owning their miscommunication. Wouldn’t recommend this location.
We needed a one-way rental, and Sahil at Thrifty made it happen with no hassle. He was extremely courteous, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Outstanding customer service! I would definitely recommend this location over others — they go the extra mile to take care of their customers.
