My experience with Thrifty Car Rental was outstanding. The staff was personable and professional. Ellis's service was amazing. He is efficient and has the ability to make every customer feel valued. Everyone was greeted with a warm welcome and asked whether they were picking up or dropping off. I loved that no one had to wait in line while he was helping me if they were dropping off their rental. Customers walked off happy and were excited about giving Thrifty a great review.
