The car was great. Service for pick up and return were very good. Thank you.
Everything was great. Customer service, upgrade, return was easy. My only complaint is that it took 5 days to get my 200 deposit back.
Vehicle smelled so strongly of tobacco and pot smoke that I became nauseous. I had a choice of sucking in the reeking stench with the AC on, or opening the windows in 95*F heat with high humidity. Cigarette burn holes in the driver's seat. Trash left in the truck bed. I tried to change turn in location but this thrifty location just would not pick up the phone. Never again will I rent from thrifty, cheapest or not.
