For over 9 years I have been consistent on renting cars from Thrifty Hertz and dollar they're all the same company they're all managed by the same person and all the employees work collectively to ensure that every customer has the best experience. Manager Lamar Russ was very approachable and responded quickly when a minor misunderstanding arose. He immediately understood the situation, addressed it professionally, and resolved it without delay. There workers give false information told me if I didn’t return the car on the day it was suppose to be returned I would have a late fee and the rental fee. Never said I would be put on the do not rent list. My card was put on hold because of how many times they tried to take a payment out of my account and one of the workers even said that. Stayed in contact with them the whole weekend because I have no reason to not pay them.
