My rental experience was very positive. The team member who assisted me was friendly, professional, and helpful, and she made the process smooth and easy. Unfortunately, I don’t remember her name, but I would like to recognize her for her excellent customer service. She made a great impression and helped make my experience with Thrifty a good one. Thank you to her and the team!
