The staff was very kind and helpful when i picked up the car. The car was nice. The price was reasonable. I dont like the return process at the Bellingham airport. That may have nothing to do with Thrifty though.
We rented from Bellingham WA and the team there was amazing very helpful even though I used my Southwest airline account (which I will not do again) made life long customers out of me!
I had to extend for a day which cost the same amount as what I paid for the entire week with the car. And I was FORCED to pay for an extra day because I was trying to pay with debit card. Apparently you can only use your debit card if you’re flying into the airport which is an insane policy. The customer service number will refuse to connect you to the location directly but have no numbers listed anywhere to contact anyone at the Bellingham location
