Caution to car renters: As we will be hurry in getting the cruise or coming out of cruise ship, do not ever try to come out of this car agency without getting the receipt. They add lot of hidden charges. For the car rental agreement 850USD, i was charged 1500USD.
Had no issues, staff was great, pickup was easy.
Friendly helpful staff. We were half way through our journey on a brand new 2023 car and it developed a roof leak. We found a Thrifty center within a few miles and they gave us a free upgrade!

Shuttle was amazing! Gave us great recommendations for the surrounding area. Then when we got the car they gave us three different options for a vehicle to drive. People were very nice!
