You get what you pay for, honestly. We intentionally booked the cheapest rental car service we could find, so I honestly wasn’t that surprised when we saw the multiple dents and scratches on the Nissan sedan we were given. The kicker was that they made us catalog all of the damages on THEIR car before we drove it off of the lot. We were already planning to do that via video, but they make you do it on a paper form. Almost a brand new car with low mileage. Decent gas mileage. Final price was a little more than quoted. Staff were very polite and professional, gave us a helpful map and directions.
