BEWARE!!!! DO NOT USE THIS CAR RENTAL SERVICE!!!! I flew in and had a very pleasant interaction with the service representative at the desk. The car was also very nice, however this place is a COMPLETE RIP OFF! Was never told you could only drive the car for 300 miles, I made a trip to see family in Omaha and was charged for the additional 257 miles I put on the vehicle—I have used many car rental companies and have NEVER had this happen and would have thought they could at least communicate that at some point upon pickup. The gentleman who helped me was very kind. My car had broken down on the Interstate, and he was generous enough to return after they had already closed for the day to get me set up with a rental for the remainder of my trip home.
Very bad service! Ripped me off 300 dollars!👎 Even tho they say it’s so and so much a day they will charge you more then double that when you return the car!
