The staff at the airport were pleasant but I'll deduct stars for the following: 1. The 100 mile a day limit is an annoyance. So is the fact that they don't give you a receipt until later, so you don't know what you're paying at the time of return. 2. They gave me a vehicle with an obviously bad wheel bearing. 3. The wipers were streaking terribly and needed replacement. I travel for work and usually rent from National, and they have never given me a vehicle with such safety issues. Do what you Can to NOT rent from them, they take advantage of people for a car rental. I paid $330 for a 1 day rental and they charge $.55 cents per mile.

BEWARE!!!! DO NOT USE THIS CAR RENTAL SERVICE!!!! I flew in and had a very pleasant interaction with the service representative at the desk. The car was also very nice, however this place is a COMPLETE RIP OFF! Was never told you could only drive the car for 300 miles, I made a trip to see family in Omaha and was charged for the additional 257 miles I put on the vehicle—I have used many car rental companies and have NEVER had this happen and would have thought they could at least communicate that at some point upon pickup.
