Everything was fast and easy, vehicle was as advertised.
Hello - I wish I could give this place a 1/2 star. My flight was delayed and between the airport and flight 8 hours was added to my trip. Also, the flight had major turbelence and we were lucky to land. I finally got there at 11 PM and the woman was rude and said my reservation was cancelled. I ended up going to rent from another rental location. I will never rent from this Thrifty.
I'm not impressed with customer service. Manager called me back and addressed my concerns which was a plus.
