The car was stained, dirty , disgusting and horn did not work. Reserved a Murano or similar and got a tiny Hyundai Venu. It made our vacation unpleasant amd uncomfortable.
Thank you to Isiah and Lacy for helping us out when we arrived at the airport from New Zealand and ran into some issues. Both went the extra mile to ensure we could book a car, even though we couldn't do it with Thrifty. Appreciate your time, amazing service and customer care.
The car wasn't ready and they gave me a smaller car than I reserved.
Service was fine. However. It would be nice if the no private vehicle sign was changed to "no private vehicle parking". If you are picking a car up from outside the airport, you ignore the signs and drop off someone to pickup the car. There is no clear direction on where to drop someone off to pickup a car.
