I returned the car with a full tank (I filled right outside the airport) and they charged me for a half a tank. You can’t call front desk directly so I had to call the 800# and the gal could not reach them either. She said I would receive an email reply in 3 to 5 business days. Also, there were a ton of taxes and fees that were not publicized so it turned a $350 car rental into a $500 car rental. Totally shady and dishonest. I will be disputing some charges with my credit card.
The car was a nice car don’t get me wrong, however, it is due for an oil change and the horn didn’t work. Twice I went to use it and it didn’t work, first time was when another vehicle crossed the yellow line and was heading directly at me, second time someone almost hit me on the side on the interstate and the horn didn’t work.
