The lady the manager is so rude there'snobby don't ever went there
Scam artist. Rent a car expecting it to have a toll transponder somewhere on it. Went through 5 tolls in the state of Texas and they charged me an additional $75 administrative fee. ($15 per toll) first and last time using Thrift/Hertz. Use Toyota rental if you have one in your area, no administrative fee per toll folks, just the toll charge only. They nickel and dime you on their fine print.
BEWARE! This company is charging a $15 admin fee each time you use a toll road in Texas. If you live in Dallas area or travel to Dallas DON’T rent a car from Thrifty!!!
I was told I could use my prepaid debit card. Got here to the airport to pickup the car, ready for my new job, and was told that NO I couldn't use my card. The service sucks. Seems that the left doesn't know what the right hand is telling people when they call.
