Repeatedly tried to get a local phone number to no avail. Kept getting the sam message and told to press a number which I did;same message repeated 5 times before I disconected. Did not find user friendly. Now will not let me submit my review!!!!!!

I would think twice before using Thrifty at Tucson airport. For one, the local number is not in service, so be warned. If you have to drop off a car earlier.... Let me help you out. There's an early morning key drop off between 0430 and 0700. Note. If you drop off the key, there is NO..... I repeat NO shuttle service. I was told by the customer rep, that it's only a five minute walk. WOW.... Also, I got a customer service rep who couldn't speak clear English and I had to repeat myself for her to understand my concerns. I ask... read more

I have used Thrifty, free-standing off airport site several times. Staff is very professional, excellent attitude and customer service, no problems. Arriving at airport, proceed to car rental area, use Thrifty call-line, within minutes a pickup van will take you to offsite Thrifty. Returning vehicle is also simple.
