very easy to rent and pick up. Drop off was easy and attendant was super friendly
I would give zero stars if I could, whoever is working the phone is lazy and disrespectful! Didn’t even try to solve the issue just a cold “it’s policy”. Probably should update your website to reflect your so called “new policies”. Who argues with customers anyway??? Worst rental service around use Enterprise instead!!
