Zero stars. Per usual, their customer service is terrible. Return line was backed up to the spike strip. Employees do not care a bit. No way to call to talk to human being. Can’t seem to even get a receipt.
Wow...we spoke to a Thrifty agent Oscar after some difficulties with Expedia and he went above and beyond to deliver extreme customer service. I plan to rent my cars directly from the Thrifty website to avoid any hassels with 3rd parties in the future. Thank you Oscar, Thrifty, and owner for your prompt response and concern with resolving our issue!
They ran out of mid-size suv we reserved, and gave us a pick-up. The guy at the gate was super helpful and saved the day. He managed to find us a Nissan rogue. It took a while, but worked out well.

If I could give this company a negative number of reviews I would. I made a reservation weeks in advance I checked in and provided everything the day prior to my reservation only to arrive and be told that there were no cars available. There was a swarm of angry customers and no sympathy was given. A manager would not come out to speak to the group.
