They did a good job, getting my paperwork ready and getting the car ready. It was a little confusing to actually try and find the vehicle and the spot parked, and when I returned the vehicle, I filled the gas tank all the way up and parked it in a slot and put the keys in my Folder and then put it in the night box for pick up all of that was smooth, but someone decided to charge me again for the same price that I paid when I picked up the vehicle and another $500 something charge which I don’t know about and they are not com... read more

Rental went OK; however, afterwards I had an issue with my bill that I needed help with. That is when I learned their only customer service option is chat via Facebook or Twitter. The responses were slow and intermittent. They ended up denying my refund request for collision coverage that I accidentally paid for twice (once via Travelocity & again with Thrifty). Even that was communicated via chat with no option for another way of communicating. I get automation, but at some point a conversation should be allowed for if need... read more
