Nice attendant but always tricky to get the vehicle described and expected. Consistently Stressful like Budget
I had a rental reservation at Orlando airport on 04/10/2021 for a family function that day upon arrival to airport @2:40pm . I preceded to the rental counter only to encounter a line that was a 4 1/2 your long wait to get the car, with 2 people at the counter then it went down to one . Needless to say our vacation stated out terrible we missed most of the function. Another family member left his rental and had to uber to his destination. I will never use them again .

Arrived at Orlando and the wait was 2 1/2 hours!!! , unlike all the other rental companies where it was busy but smooth. clearly overbooking rentals with no capacity of servicing on time!!!
