Apparently you can't rent a car here if you don't have insurance. The whole reason to rent a car is you don't have one. The office worker was pretty rude about it, too.

I arrived at 8:05 a.m. after completing online check-in, uploading my ID and payment info ahead of time. There was a sign on the door that said “Gone until 7:30 a.m.” but the door was still locked when I got there. An employee unlocked it shortly after. From the start, the customer service was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. I had a good experience with this location! The car was as expected at the price I booked it for. I was allowed to park my car there during my trip which was a huge relief. Some things to note: They will charge you a fee for using your debit card and they do not have apple pay. That's the only reason I did not give 5 stars. The other reviews have noted that the front desk attendent was rude, this was NOT the case for me.
