Apparently you can't rent a car here if you don't have insurance. The whole reason to rent a car is you don't have one. The office worker was pretty rude about it, too.

I arrived at 8:05 a.m. after completing online check-in, uploading my ID and payment info ahead of time. There was a sign on the door that said “Gone until 7:30 a.m.” but the door was still locked when I got there. An employee unlocked it shortly after. From the start, the customer service was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. I had a good experience with this location! The car was as expected at the price I booked it for. I was allowed to park my car there during my trip which was a huge relief. Some things to note: They will charge you a fee for using your debit card and they do not have apple pay. That's the only reason I did not give 5 stars. The other reviews have noted that the front desk attendent was rude, this was NOT the case for me. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION! Rude customer service and surprise charges! Additionally, the interior of the front windshield was so dirty that I had to pull back in my driveway immediately in order to get some Windex to clean the window enough to be able to see the road clearly. I crossed slightly into a neighboring state just beyond their limited state boundaries (approximately 20 miles) for 2 days of my 3-day rental and they charged $20 per day extra which is reasonable.
