This place is a joke. I got online reserved a car with a one-way type rental. When I arrived, I gave my information and the only thing she said was “we don’t do one-way rentals.”. Even though I had reserved it online and even called ahead to tell them, I was running a few minutes behind. She Was incredibly rude and gave me no other information other than repeatedly saying they do not do one-way rentals. Beware!

I am an Enterprise advocate, but wanted to use a local Agency so I tried Thrifty to my great dismay.! rented for 1 week over Thanksgiving ( family from California ). Car one died day 2, tow called “Dead battery, needs replacement “ could not return due to holiday and office closed for 2 days. Returned car and reported use and requested credit, rented another car for balance of week. I had rented a SUV at the STL location. It was a on day rental on 04/28/24. The SUV was fine. I was in St. Louis for a funeral. I had gone to the wrong Thrifty location for dropoff. I was 45 minutes late to the right location. Thrifty Car Rental showed no mercy. I was charged for an additional day. I will never ever rent from them again! Update, Thrifty corporate had reached out to their franchisee. The franchisee stood stood by their decision. No refund or adjustment was made.
