I had a good experience with this location! The car was as expected at the price I booked it for. I was allowed to park my car there during my trip which was a huge relief. Some things to note: They will charge you a fee for using your debit card and they do not have apple pay. That's the only reason I did not give 5 stars. The other reviews have noted that the front desk attendent was rude, this was NOT the case for me. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION! Rude customer service and surprise charges! Additionally, the interior of the front windshield was so dirty that I had to pull back in my driveway immediately in order to get some Windex to clean the window enough to be able to see the road clearly. I crossed slightly into a neighboring state just beyond their limited state boundaries (approximately 20 miles) for 2 days of my 3-day rental and they charged $20 per day extra which is reasonable. Worst customer experience. Rep at desk talks down at you like you were a kid. Do not recommend.
I got a rental this past Monday. They do a 200 dollar hold untill you bring the car back, so the total was 285 for the rental for a day and the hold. I brought the car back. Clean. Full of gas. Nothing was wrong. They sent me my invoice. Which was just the 85 because I did everything right so I get my 200 dollar hold back. But they kept my 200 hold. And now they aren’t answering I’ve been calling all morning. I have my invoice stating how much I should be charged. And they charged the whole 285 like there was something wrong... read more
