I would give a zero-star rating to this company if possible. Having rented a lot of vehicles from multiple different agencies, this was my initial experience with this company. I was in town for surgery and was only here for two days; I drove the vehicle less than 20 miles. Upon returning the vehicle, the attendant conducted a brief walk-around inspection, followed by a meticulous examination of what seemed like every centimeter of the windshield. My boyfriend is stranded at the car rental places after leaving a trucking company that screwed him over and he was mugged a few days prior. I'm also a truck driver and cannot help him being in NC. The woman downright refused to help my man either get his phone charged or call a taxi to get him somewhere so he can rent a car to get to our home in Iowa. Piss poor customer service!
First off, let me name drop one of the most exceptional rental car agents, Anna Bryant. For my trip from Tokyo on 30 Aug 25, my plane was delayed 7.5 hours and I did not leave connecting flight at DFW till after midnight with a final arrival at OKC airport till 0100. This Thrifty rental car closes at 2300, but Anna told me not too worry and they have contingencies to stay longer in these event of need for after hours support and she will stay for me. Omg!! Where do I start customer service horrible, when I went in to ask about having the car hook to my phone for car play and gps. Oooo we don’t do that. You need to go buy something. I was no, I have a cord, I don’t want to be looking at my phone and driving to find my way. Response not my problem. So now, I get to drive and be on my phone in a new city.
