First off, let me name drop one of the most exceptional rental car agents, Anna Bryant. For my trip from Tokyo on 30 Aug 25, my plane was delayed 7.5 hours and I did not leave connecting flight at DFW till after midnight with a final arrival at OKC airport till 0100. This Thrifty rental car closes at 2300, but Anna told me not too worry and they have contingencies to stay longer in these event of need for after hours support and she will stay for me. Omg!! Where do I start customer service horrible, when I went in to ask about having the car hook to my phone for car play and gps. Oooo we don’t do that. You need to go buy something. I was no, I have a cord, I don’t want to be looking at my phone and driving to find my way. Response not my problem. So now, I get to drive and be on my phone in a new city. Horrible Experience with Thrifty (affiliate of Hertz). Are you aware Thrifty Car Rental is NOT BBB accredited. After being ripped of by them, and with limited response (potential stall tactics) by Rich Eloe, Thrifty GM, Oklahoma City Corp. Office, legal route now seems best/only course of action. I thought better of the great state of Oklahoma than this!
I rented a Toyota Camry for $227.36 a day. I can even rent a Escalade with this price. But cause i need it so i was just said okay.And i just return on time but different city. And they say will charge me extra $500. And now they charge me another $827.80. Just cause a different city? Enterprise just charged $40 for different city and i rented a Toyota Camry for a day and cost me $1055.16 ???
