Not bad, but they're hardly ever there. Just go to the Hertz counter, as they handle the Thrifty customers when the Thrifty counter is closed. Other than that, the car was clean, in great condition, but didn't have it's own navigation system or cell phone mount/holder.
Picked up my car on time and it is due back tomorrow morning. My complaint is that there was an issue with my credit card being overcharged, which was corrected and fell off my credit card prior to going and returning the rental. My other issue is that on the dashboard nothing worked. No odometer readings, no gas gauge reading just the word illumination and the mileage which read 3258 miles when I picked the vehicle up and 10 days later it has remained at 3258 miles. Terrible customer service. The lines are insane. You get off your plane, get your bag, and then have an hour plus wait at the counter. Why won't you have more service representatives working? Will never rent Thrifty again. Awful.
