Great customer service! I had a bit of an issue with billing. After a quick phone call with Mark, he had the issue resolved immediately.
Smooth as could be. Quick at the desk, great agent great car. No hassles at all at pickup or return.
Charged me for a whole extra day! Do not be late for drop off or they will give you attitude and charge you extra. The car was gross when I picked it up and smelled bad too. Called to talk to customer service and it said support was unavailable right now. Never again will I rent from this company.
