Don’t fall for their “LOWER” price! They will get you will the cost of gas, even when the tank is returned FULL!! And almost $100 for what they claim is half a tank…ripoff!!
Easy to reserve. Easy pickup. Easy return. I will use them in the future. Highly recommended!
Good experience, however, I was not able to pay with the costco credit card that I wanted to use, which also had insurance. I had to pay with a debit card. The reason was that the card reader wasn't able to read the card. The card had a chip but the swipe strip was old. The attendant claim that unless he can swipe the card I can't use it so I was left without the insurance that the costco card provides. If you use Hertz Dollar or Thrifty order yourself a new credit card to avoid glitches
Everything went smooth, payments were exactly as stated. I did record a video (which I added here) of the vehicle they gave me before I left because there was a noticeable mark on the rear bumper and when I returned it the attendant at the drop off asked me about the mark so I showed him the video with the time stamp and in it I recorded what parking spot it was in, plus the mileage on the dash so he knew it was there before I acquired the vehicle so he had to accept that I didn't do it but had I not recorded that I'm not su... read more
