Two agents for 12 waiting renters, even though there are 9 stations. The online check-in didn't work, even after completing the full reservation and payment - the app wouldn't verify the license that I've used the prior two rentals. An hour wasted to verify.

Crazy aggressive sales lady started to threaten us that we need to buy tons of adds on OR WE WILL CRASH and pay a lot of money, crazy how openly sales aggressive they are, utterly rude
