Better than expected. Prices were fair and we got a good car, although it was a little dirty. Pickup and drop-off were smooth and courteous.
Why they attached the tile to the key? This people will track where you go. Creepy

I was worried after reading all the negative reviews, but I must say I had a positive experience.
This was my first time renting with Thrifty, and unfortunately it was a very bad experience. The staff member (a female employee at the counter) was extremely rude, made uncomfortable facial expressions, and showed clear arrogance while speaking to me. The behavior felt unprofessional and discriminatory, which made the whole experience unpleasant. I came in expecting basic customer service, but instead felt disrespected.
