Very happy we got the car from Thrifty car Rental. The car was in good conditions, had space for everyone. Definitely next time we will contact them again
Horrible customer service. When a brand new rental would not start they did NOTHING to help and it took 8 hours for me to get a tow truck to take the rental back to them while I was stranded 20 miles from home. They did not even offer to compensate us for the incredible inconvenience and said “these things happen”. This is from a supervisor named Pam who even agreed their roadside assistance should have helped me. Go with Enterprise. I’ve never had trouble there.
Really went above and beyond to help put us in a nice car
My experience renting from Hertz was very present and professional. Staff was helpful in guiding me thru the renting process. Will use Hertz again for my car rental service.
