It was my first time renting a car at this company called Thrifty/Hertz. But I have rented cars from other rental companies so i have somewhere to base this 1 star rating for comparison. First of, nowhere does it say when you make a reservation online to NOT use a debit card. So i booked with a debit card thinking this was OK. When i got to the shop to pick up the car, i was told i needed a credit card on file. So we had to present a credit card. Now, I wanted to change the card on file in the middle of the transaction. Thank you John for great customer service! John effortlessly accomodated me arriving late to pick up my car (close to end of day). He also took time explaining my options with regards to the toll passes, insurance policies etc and this was around closing time by now, and he didnt rush me out. Overall a great experience using this company!
I would give 0 stars if possible. Very very bad rent car I will not recommend they don’t care customer not polite I will not come never ever
2 men workers very very not polite they don’t care customers I will not come again never ever. I will not recommend this place don’t waste your time.
