I flew in for a memorial service and when I got to the rental location all systems were down globally. The office was closing at 5 and somehow Brian was able to get me a car manually through the system. Shai was also very helpful and so kind when I returned the car. He even asked me if I made it to the service. I had outstanding service at this location and would highly recommend.
