Frustrated with this car rental (Thrifty) location. They are rude and thugs. As soon as we entered thr office, they told us that they have no clean car available, without asking for any details from us. On top of that, they have not refunded the money back (photo attached). I called them 3 times and i do not know what these ppl are upto. I will never-ever rent a car from here.
