I scheduled a rental car for pick up Monday, Oct 14, at this location. Today I received a text telling me my rental was ready for pickup at 8:00AM at Woods Body Shop in Providence Forge, VA, 33 miles away, vice Richmond Road, Williamsburg, less than 3 miles away. I called the non-help line and spent 15 minutes trying to communicate with the CSR, who could not understand or speak English clearly.
