Extremely predatory!!! I made a reservation on 28February for a 3March pick up. According to their own website, if I cancelled within 24 hrs of making the reservation, my card would not be charged. They immediately took the payment and I had to cancel the reservation just over ONE HOUR later due to a change in plans (well within the 24 hour limit). Since then, I have been waiting for my refund. I received an email a couple days ago from my booking agent and they stated that Thrifty "simply won't even consider refunding it." ... read more
