Worst experience ever. Lady was very rude
One star due to the least of all. I reserved a mid-sized SUV & was given a Nissan Altima & told that was the only thing available. This was an inconvenience as I had other people to pick up. The car had been wrecked, missing a wheel cover, dents & dings from the front to the back, it needed tires, wheel alignment, tire balance. Maintenance light came on & I couldn't put luggage in the trunk due to a sensor giving a warning. The car needs to be pulled from inventory.
