Could not extend car rental through system. Phone number on the receipt took me to an AI that could not identify any information and kept asking me the same questions over and over. When I finally got a human being, they gave me a number to call, but when I got to Thrifty, the phone just kept ringing. I couldn't even do it online. Crazy.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! Absolute rip-off. I rented a truck for 5 days, filled it up to the brim at the gas station right by the old flea market right before dropping it off, and still got slapped with a $53 fuel charge. To make matters worse, the staff is rude and the “managers” never returns calls. Once they’ve charged your card, forget about getting help or even an explanation. This isn’t just sloppy—it’s shady.
