DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! Absolute rip-off. I rented a truck for 5 days, filled it up to the brim at the gas station right by the old flea market right before dropping it off, and still got slapped with a $53 fuel charge. To make matters worse, the staff is rude and the “managers” never returns calls. Once they’ve charged your card, forget about getting help or even an explanation. This isn’t just sloppy—it’s shady. Walked up and was told they had availability. My TX license was expired, and they said I could email the temporary issued by the state of Texas which I did. They then tell me they won’t accept it. The 3 men working the desk were incredibly rude, clearly don’t know their own policies (just reviewed them myself and my temporary printout with my expired hard copy license is valid).
