I was asked for $500 dept for a car that I rented for 24 hours I retured the car with a full tank and they charged me $400 to "wash" the outside of the car. when I called to ask why I was charged this they said they did not have any information to why I was charged... they gave me a refund but will take 5-7 days to get my money back. this place is a scam all they want is $ watch out for charges.
