Yes, we had a car that was supposed to be reserved and we told them our flight has been delayed and they told us that was fine and we told them we would be there after 11:00 p.m. and they closed at 10:00 and didn't call us or anything. Fortunately one other car place had a car or we would have really been in the lurch ....will never use thrifty again.
