Awful experience and this isn’t first time. Waited hours to get through line just to get my rental car. Poor customer service
The worst is Car Rental ever I picked up my car the tires were bold the front end was shaking the whole way
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Gave this a shot so that you don't have to. Did it because of racepoet's review but I totally regretted it. Total waste of time, energy, effort and saliva coming here. TG that whenever I travel I always make sure that I make reservations at different rental companies as back up. I went here first because it's the cheapest option. They have 3 people working at the counter and 9 empty counters. This company is by far the worst ever. The employees don’t care!
20 people in line at Ft Lauderdale airport Thrift/Dollar rental car counter and only 3 people working and they are the slowest three people on earth! 45 minutes in line and still waiting. This is the worth rental car company and I will never use Thrifty or Dallas ever again. Totally ridiculous!!
