Terrible service.
Idk what kind of scam they’re trying to pull but they offer vehicles online let you reserve them all the way up until you go pick it and they don’t have any vehicles anywhere available. This company needs to be investigated bc something is going on
Don't bother. I booked through Expedia.com. No Thrifty Car Rental office to be found at this location. Address and phone number direct you to a Hertz office location. Spoke with Hertz and was told that Thrifty routinely does this in an attempt to create an "off airport" presence. No office, no vehicle, and no options were offered by customer service other than to drive 15 miles out of the way to their next closest location. So much for customer service. That’s the worst car rental ever, I went to pick up my car that I reserved 3 weeks ago and they told me they do not have any car available when I called customer service they have the audacity to ask me if I want to cancel or leave the reservation like that like if I can’t have my car give me my money back. Reserve at your own risk!!!
This is the worst car rental location outside of Atlanta and believe me, they are consistent at being the worst. Do not go online and even think renting a car here, it's not worth the headache. Book AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!!! This location is ridiculous... I arrived to p/u my car on 1/2/26 and was told "They don't have any Thrifty cars to rent.
