The vehicle was not available when I arrived after the reservation was made prior. A substitute vehicle I had to take I need to pay more. The vehicle given to me, I was unable to return to the airport. Thus I needed to return it find another vehicle, which was not available. Go to Burbank airport and rent one from there to be able to return LAX
REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE LADY AT THE FRONT DESK, SHE’S SO RUDE TO CUSTOMERS AND SO UNPROFESSIONAL! I DONT RECOMMEND RENTING A CAR FROM HERE! @HERZT NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!
This place sucks. I made appointment for 10. My car isn't ready and they act like I'm on their time.
