As the previous reviewer had pointed out.. this branch is completely understaff on Saturday’s. The Regional manager or whoever is responsible for “decision making” should be replaced. Their idea is to have 2 employees work on one of busiest days which translated to not valuing a customer’s time. Renting a car should be seamless & not a 2 hour process due to an employee shortage.. My time is valuable & I don’t like my time wasted as I cannot get that time back! Highly unprofessional with a backwards system. The only positive ... read more

I wish I could give 0 stars. It took 2 hours for processing 4 people in queue. No kidding. I was so pissed off at the slow process overall. They only had one person and it was taking him forever to go through the process of checkin, cleaning, vacuum and key handover. Really…. 2 hours for 4 people.
