Was not able to receive a rental because other reservations were extended. No cars were available on the lot and was put on a 3 hour wait list. Contact information was given and was never reached out to. Once I found another transportation method I had tried to cancel and get a refund. No customer service was helpful and still haven't been able to get a refund for a car that I never received. I don’t usually leave reviews but I highly don’t recommend this service.
