Despite an issue with our rental, the team at the Hertz Coral Springs location turned the experience around. The associate who helped us truly empathized with our situation, listened to our concerns, and went above and beyond to accommodate us. Their professionalism, understanding, and excellent customer service made all the difference. Thank you for making a stressful situation much easier!
Terrible
Great service very polite
These reviews must be old. I picked up a van at the Fort Lauderdale airport that was giving me problems and had to urgently switch it out this morning before a trip, the women and gentleman at the front were amazing!! Gave me no issues at all and were super helpful I was in and out very quickly.
