These reviews must be old. I picked up a van at the Fort Lauderdale airport that was giving me problems and had to urgently switch it out this morning before a trip, the women and gentleman at the front were amazing!! Gave me no issues at all and were super helpful I was in and out very quickly.

[ TERRIBLE POLICY OF BAIT AND SWITCH SO THEREFORE THE EMPLOYEES ARE IN A DEFENSIVE POSTURE RIGHT AWAY. THE EMPLOYEE CONFESSED THAT THE AGENCY CONSISTENTLY LETS PEOPLE RESERVE CARS THEY DON'T HAVE AND SHE CAN'T GET THEM TO STOP. IT'S REALLY TOUGH TO HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH A TERRIBLE POLICY AND THE "MANAGER" EDDIE HAS NO POWER TO RESOLVE AN ISSUE LIKE THIS OTHER THAN OFFERING A HIGHER PRICED CAR OR AN EMPTY APOLOGY. Reserved a car a day earlier. Says they’re out of cars. Waste of time. Never rent here. They will screw you over for your trip.

Scam artists. Hidden fees, disrespectful, the worst car rental I've ever dealt with.
