Booking was simple, prices were great, and the returning of the car was easy. The employee who took care of the return from Hertz were professional and friendly.

Repeated called to change a car rental after a cancelled flight. The numbers for this location do not work. No one answers. Terrible customer service.

Understaffed with terribly slow counter service. Arrived for 10:30 reservation. Line was one hour. After check-in, car not ready. Another 30 minute wait. Avoid this office at all costs.

The staff could care less about your time. Thay have you waiting in a line forever, once is your turn, they ket you know your car is not ready (booked weeks in advanced) then one the staff members took the car to “check if it was clean” and ha was gone for almost a half hour. I was there for 1.5hours. If you rent here, be prepared to be there a good amount of time, and they DO NOT CARE

I rented and paid for a car to be picked up at the airport by 12:15 pm. I arrived to pick it up at 2:40 and was told to wait up to 40 minutes because the car isn’t ready. I was told reservation pick up time is useless even if I have already prepaid for it. Staff was rude. They didn’t apologize or offered an upgrade or anything. I’m extremely unhappy with this rental. I would give it a zero star if I could.
